Update for Google Earth 4.3.7204.0836 (beta)
With the latest version of Google earth 4.3.7204.0836 (beta), some modifications are needed in my first post for proper "offline Google earth".
Google earth 4.3.7204.0836 (beta) will redirect you to diagnostic mode if you use "Key"="000000000000". Therefore i suggest to use "Key"="============".
